<br />lLS Group, LLC d/b/a Classic Caterers <br />RFP No.: 11-04-01 <br />9 <br /> <br />Peggy O'Neill, MS, RD, LDIN, Vice President, Nutrition Services - Ms. O'Neill has signilicant e:\periencc <br />as a Registered Dietitian managing the nutritional components of public sector programs. As the Vice <br />Presidcnt for Nutrition Services, Ms. O'Neill designed, implemented and manages a nutrition cducation <br />program for over 1,500 Humana dual eligible members. The program includes monthly follow-up with the <br />members, and quarterly nutrition education reviews and satisfaction surveys. Ms. O'Neill holds a Graduate <br />Certificate in Gerontology and has experience in research and working with older adults prior to ILS. As a <br />Graduate Student she participated in a HUD Health Promotion Project organized by the Centcr on Aging at <br />FlU. Funded by the Department of Education, the program provided counseling and organized food <br />distribution to HUD residents. In addition, the program administered educational sessions on gencral health. <br />nutrition education, physical activity. and medication review. She has also worked for the Center on <br />Nutrition, Aging, and Physical Activity at FlU as a Graduate Assistant and participated in research. issue <br />panels. and testimonials. Ms. O'Neill will work with the American Red Cross as necessary to l~nalize <br />mcnus. and implcment any nutrition or food safety education that may be necessary. <br /> <br />Hugh Chang Alloy, Chief Financial Officer - Mr. Chang-Alloy has a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting <br />from Florida International University; and a number of certif~cations and memberships in accounting. Mr. <br />Chang-Alloy is the Chief Financial Oflicer for Independent Living Systems. LLC since January 200S. Mr. <br />Chang-Alloy directs the organization's tinancial planning and accounting as well as has established <br />relationship with lending institutions, shareholders, and the l~nancial community. He oversees and dirccts <br />treasury, budgeting, audit. tax, accounting and purchasing activities throughout the organization. Mr. Chang- <br />Alloy directs the Controller in providing and directing procedures and systcms nccessary to maintain proper <br />records and to afford adequate accounting controls and services. He further directs the activities as custodian <br />of funds, securities and assets; and appraises the organization's financial position and issues periodic <br />financial and operating reports. <br /> <br />.lames P. Henderson, Chief Information Officer - Mr. Henderson is an experienced management <br />professional with over 15 years of e:\perience in health care data management and business operations. lie <br />has successfully managed all aspects of enterprise-wide health care solution development. including analysis. <br />design and deployment of stand-alone, and n-tiered Web-based and Client/Server software applications. His <br />skills include needs planning, team building, project management, resource allocation, and staff <br />management. His relevant experience includes Medicaid Management Information Systems (MM IS). <br />managed care information systems, data warehouses, electronic health records and other large-scale c1aUl <br />management proj ects. <br /> <br />Food Scrvice and Management Staff: <br /> <br />The following individuals will be responsible for your food service management and operations: <br /> <br />Orlando Montea!.!udo, Vice President, Meals Division - Mr. Orlando Monteagudo is thc pcrson that will <br />have dircct oversight and direct responsibility of work for this contract. Mr. Montcagudo is responsible <br />for day-to-day operations of the Meals Division, including purchasing, inventory, delivery logistics. call <br />center management and customer service, f~nancial performance, cost managemcnt and analysis. He is also <br />responsible for supporting marketing activities across lincs of business, including the development and <br />preparation of proposals/plans company-wide. He conducts initial contact, analysis, due diligence and <br />negotiations with potential strategic alliance partners including evaluation of potential mcrger or acquisition <br />candidates. Mr. Monteagudo assists in the management of the operations of the company's food services <br />operations, and its subsidiaries Classic Caterers and Meals of the Century. <br />
