Resolution No. 2007-1072 was adopted by a voice vote of 4-0-1 (Commissioner Goodman absent) in favor. 10D. A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, Authorizing the City Manager to Apply for, Receive and Accept by Execution of, a Florida Highway Beautification Grant With the Florida Department of Transportation, to Install Landscaping on Collins Avenue, up to the Amount of $300,000.00, with Matching Funds from the City; Directing the City Clerk to Transmit Certified Copies of this Resolution to the Florida Department of Transportation and All Other Persons as Directed by the City Commission; Authorizing the City Manager to Take Any and All Action Necessary with Respect to the Obtaining and Distribution of Grant Monies, as Appropriate; Providing for an Effective Date. A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, Approving an Amendment to a Consulting Agreement with O'Leary Richards Design Associates, Inc., for Landscape Architectural Services for the Medians on Collins Avenue and Grant Application Services, in an Amount Not to Exceed $33,940.00, Attached Hereto as Exhibit "A"; Authorizing the Mayor to Execute Said Agreement; Authorizing the City Manager to Do All Things Necessary to Effectuate the Terms of this Resolution; Providing for an Effective Date.
