The objective of this system is to provide reports to identify <br />op ortunities to reduce fuel expense by identifying items such as; <br />• overlapping routes <br />• duplicate trips <br />• routes taken <br />• Routine maintenances due <br />• Ensure safe driving practices <br />3.4 GEO FENCING <br />The proposed system shall include the ability for implementing geFfe ncing based on customized <br />areas as well as sending alerts when the geo- fences are breached. <br />3.5 PRICING <br />See Bid Form Section 6.0 <br />3.6 EQUIPMENT <br />The equipment supplied is to be installed without significant modifications to the vehicle and in a <br />location where damage cannot be done to the equipment.
