This proposal item is to include the supplying, delivery, placement, and grading of Atlas <br />3000 (or equal) 70/30 mix in the locations designated by the City. The supplying and <br />placing of this item is separate and unique from the normal need to supply and place this <br />material as part of the ongoing operations covered in other proposal items. For this item <br />to be accepted and paid for by the City, the service must be specifically requested by the <br />City for a unique and specific task. In areas of traffic, the proposal will include all <br />appropriate traffic control devices that conform to an approved Maintenance of Traffic <br />(MOT) plan. All traffic control costs shall be a part of the unit price proposal and shall <br />not be paid for separately. <br />D7.
