Mr. L.ago identifies potential business <br />partners and negotiates agreements. In addition, he coordinates with all departments in the company <br />and oversees that they are following scliedules and that all required documents are submitted as per <br />the contract. Iie will serve as your liaison for job proposal, follow -ups, close -outs and any other <br />needs you may have and he will continue contact with the Owner once the project proceeds fi-om <br />Pre - construction to the Construction portion of the project. Fie leas a combined 11 years of <br />experience in design, construction, construction management and marketing and has the versatility to <br />effortlessly transition in order to satisfy the needs of each individual client. <br />Over the past 2 Years, Vicente Lago has closed 18 Projects at Miami -Dade County Public <br />Schools (MDCPS) and is currently on pace to close the remaining 4 open Construction <br />Management At -Risk Projects that remain open. Mr. Lago has extensive experience in regards to <br />the Closeout Process at MDCPS and has been working diligently with Project Managers to achieve <br />this required Goal. <br />Closeout Services Currently Being Provided for Miami -Dade County Public Schools: <br />• Coordination of pre - construction documentation and subcontractor pricing. <br />• Coordination of Pre - qualification of Sub Contractors for each project, to make sure that all <br />the contract requirements are met. <br />• Review Minority Requirements and assemble a team to make sure that the contract <br />documents requirements are met in regards to the involvement of African American and <br />Women Owned Firms. <br />• Preparation and qualification of Design Build Teams and Presentation packages. <br />• Coordination, accumulation and submission of all required insurances, bonds and <br />certifications during the prc- construction phase of the project. <br />• Update and maintain company certifications, minority certifications and vendor applications. <br />• Detailed review of all construction documents and provide team with Construction <br />
