Provide MDCPS with Options that will offer cost and time savings while not compromising the quality of the project. • Submission of all the required GMP Negotiation Documentation prior to finalziton of the project GMP Agreement. • Maintain constant contact with ZCS Field staff throughout the life of the project to ensure that all the required closeout items are being collected prior to end of the project. • Provide detailed schedules and cost estimates at each design phase to the Architect and MDCPS. • Service existing projects that are in the Closeout Process in an effort to finalize any outstanding documents or inspections required to close the project. • Coordinate with the Architect so that all the required as- builts, warranties, manuals and miscellaneous closeout items are submitted to MDCPS. • Follow up and coordinate any required work that is still pending so that all Summary Violations are finalized and that the project continues moving forward with the Closeout Process. • Coordinate weekly Closeout meetings with MDCPS staff so that all required Closeout issues are being addressed. • Insure the Safety of all Students and Teachers using the Facility that is in the Closeout Process. • Coordination of Inspections with MDCPS staff, Subcontractors, Inspectors and MDCPS Consultants (A /E). • Insure that all Bonds and Insurances are up to date on all projects, even during the Closeout Phase.
