After high <br />school, James went to work in the construction industry for two years saving up money for <br />College. James graduated the Sothern Illinois University in 1987 and began work for Tony <br />Crawford Construction where he traveled the country working on various projects. It wasn't <br />till 1989 when James finally found a permanent home in South Florida. A. I years <br />Selected Project Experience <br />James Grossman has extensive experience in the Construction Industry. Recently, James <br />completed the Lynn Financial Center in Boca Raton, a LEEDS Gold Certified Project. One <br />of his most extravagant projects was the design build of the U.S. Epperson Underwriting <br />Cooperate Office in Boca Raton. The entire envelope of this 85,000 sq -ft, $32 Million Dollar <br />Building was wrapped in black granite and curtain wall. Along with his experience in con- <br />struction of nearly every type of building, James has also seen a variety of construction con- <br />tract methods. These methods include Design Build, Guaranteed Maximum Price, Negotiated <br />Sum, Construction Management and Competitive Bid. James is an valuable asset, bringing <br />experience and knowledge of large multi - million dollar construction projects to the firm. <br />
