He started his construction career as a painter at H Angelo and Sons. After working as a painter for 5 years Xavier joined North Stat Painting as a paint foreman. After gaining experience in leadership and supervision, Xavier joined H.A. Contracting Corp in 1988. He began his H.A. career as a Project Forman. In the early 1990's Xavier was given the opportunity to become a Project Superintendent. He spent 5 years running Housing and Urban Development Housing Projects. After his superior performance as a superintendent, Xavier was promoted to a project manager in 1999. He is now lead project manager for H.A Contracting Corps Broward and Palm Beach County Operations. As the lead project manager for Broward and Palm Beach Counties, Xavier has worked on Fire Stations. Sheriffs Offices, Government Buildings, Parking Garages, Ports, Day Care Centers, Schools, Boat Ramps, Transmission Towers, Parks, Jails, Hospitals, Halfway Houses, Historical Buildings and a host of others. His projects have included new construction, build -outs; renovations, alterations, change outs and repairs.
