Item by Item Disclosure <br />10. H.A.C.C. shall be responsible for all underground utility implications result- <br />ing from work required by this RFP. H.A.C.C. shall call for utility locations prior <br />to commencement of work. Utility disruptions caused by the Contractor will be <br />resolved immediately and Contractor's expense. <br />11. H.A.C.C. shall comply with FDOT indexes 300, 515, 600, 613, 660 as required. <br />12. H.A.C.C. shall repair existing sidewalks as required by RFP. Repairs will ac- <br />complished per the Owner's requirements. All existing signage and bus shelters <br />are to be removed protected and properly replaced. <br />13. After installation all new pavers shall be sealed with owner approved solvent <br />based acrylic sealer. <br />14. Pavers shall be in conformance with ASTM C- 936 -82 <br />15. H.A.C.C. will ensure to maintain the integrity of existing curb and gutters. <br />16. H.A.C.C. will schedule regular weekly progress meetings to update the City. <br />Contractor shall prepare and distribute minutes of all meeting to all those in atten- <br />dance. <br />17. H.A.C.C. is familiar with all site conditions that might hinder our ability to per- <br />form. Any accommodations and resolution there -of are included in our proposal. <br />18.
