No. Z2011-06 <br /> <br />REQUEST: <br /> <br />The Applicant, LPLA Partners, LP is requesting site plan approval for a proposed <br />46 story, 79 unit condominium building with 426,663 square feet and is intended <br />to utilize 1.60 Floor Area Ratio (FAR) bonuses. The applicant is also applying <br />for transfer of development rights (TDRs) in the amount of 25,000 square feet of <br />floor area and a waiver of the required beach access easement. <br /> <br />The property is vacant but was the site of the former La Playa de Varadero III <br />Motel Condominium. The structure was built in the 1950's and contained a total <br />of 102 residential units.
