We do not typically engage any subcontractors for catering events. We have in-house staff and capabilities required to perform the services of this solicitation. Our services adhere to the highest standards. We have in place managers that are familiar with the standards of operation and the criteria for success. We understand that the continuing success of each catering event is measured by a number of factors. These factors include control, consistency, cost effectiveness, support services and flexibility. We know that all functions of a catering event are part of an interactive system, and that these interactions result in a ripple effect being created from every event. ILS Group, LLC d/b/a Classic Caterers' Managing Member, Mr. Nestor Plana, has over 15 years of experience in working in health, public and private project development and management, to include the oversight and management of ILS Group, LLC d/b/a Classic Caterers. Mr. Plana has ensured that ILS Group, LLC d/b/a Classic Caterers has a management team with the necessary expertise to implement key programs successfully. The caliber of our management team is immeasurable and indicative or our commitment to the programs and services we offer. ILS Group, LLC d/b/a Classic Caterers takes pride in the services it provides and the caliber of our management team that is assigned to our clients. To this end, the following individuals will be assigned to suppOli the City of Sunny Isles Beach in its endeavors: Nestor Plana, Managing Member - Mr. Plana combines a unique set of analytical and creative skills acquired over 15 years of working in health, public and private project development and management. Mr. Plana's diverse background has demonstrated an ability to manage and solve problems. Mr. Plana has consistently employed creative methods to assess a situation, synthesize information and develop and implement strategies that achieve successful outcomes in the catering, nutritional and managed care field. Mr. Plana has oversight of all functions of ILS Group, LLC d/b/a Classic Caterers. Celia Nuno, Senior Vice President, Administration and Compliance - Celia Nuno has extensive experience in health care, over 23 years, specifically in the managed care industry. CUlTently Mrs. Nuno is the Senior Vice President of Administration and Compliance with direct oversight of Compliance and Customer Service to ILS and its affiliates. Prior to ILS, Mrs. Nuno was the Vice President of Claims and Customer Service for Vista Health Plan, a Florida-based HMO with over 250,000 members. Mrs. Nuno also worked for Beacon Health Plans, where she had direct responsibility for seven (7) administrative depmiments since the inception of the plan. She also worked for Neighborhood Health as Vice President of Administration, where she also came in at the inception and developed all the processes, policies and procedures for the plan's administrative functions. Mrs. Nuno also worked for Cigna Health Plan for 10 years where she developed the Customer service Unit and supervised the Sales administration staff.
