We do not typically engage any subcontractors for catering events. We have in-house <br />staff and capabilities required to perform the services of this solicitation. <br /> <br />Our services adhere to the highest standards. We have in place managers that are familiar with the standards <br />of operation and the criteria for success. We understand that the continuing success of each catering event is <br />measured by a number of factors. These factors include control, consistency, cost effectiveness, support <br />services and flexibility. We know that all functions of a catering event are part of an interactive system, and <br />that these interactions result in a ripple effect being created from every event. <br /> <br />ILS Group, LLC d/b/a Classic Caterers' Managing Member, Mr. Nestor Plana, has over 15 years of <br />experience in working in health, public and private project development and management, to include the <br />oversight and management of ILS Group, LLC d/b/a Classic Caterers. Mr. Plana has ensured that ILS <br />Group, LLC d/b/a Classic Caterers has a management team with the necessary expertise to implement key <br />programs successfully. <br /> <br />The caliber of our management team is immeasurable and indicative or our commitment to the programs and <br />services we offer. ILS Group, LLC d/b/a Classic Caterers takes pride in the services it provides and the <br />caliber of our management team that is assigned to our clients. To this end, the following individuals will be <br />assigned to suppOli the City of Sunny Isles Beach in its endeavors: <br /> <br />Nestor Plana, Managing Member - Mr. Plana combines a unique set of analytical and creative skills <br />acquired over 15 years of working in health, public and private project development and management. Mr. <br />Plana's diverse background has demonstrated an ability to manage and solve problems. Mr. Plana has <br />consistently employed creative methods to assess a situation, synthesize information and develop and <br />implement strategies that achieve successful outcomes in the catering, nutritional and managed care field. <br />Mr. Plana has oversight of all functions of ILS Group, LLC d/b/a Classic Caterers. <br /> <br />Celia Nuno, Senior Vice President, Administration and Compliance - Celia Nuno has extensive experience <br />in health care, over 23 years, specifically in the managed care industry. CUlTently Mrs. Nuno is the Senior <br />Vice President of Administration and Compliance with direct oversight of Compliance and Customer Service <br />to ILS and its affiliates. Prior to ILS, Mrs. Nuno was the Vice President of Claims and Customer Service for <br />Vista Health Plan, a Florida-based HMO with over 250,000 members. Mrs. Nuno also worked for Beacon <br />Health Plans, where she had direct responsibility for seven (7) administrative depmiments since the inception <br />of the plan. She also worked for Neighborhood Health as Vice President of Administration, where she also <br />came in at the inception and developed all the processes, policies and procedures for the plan's <br />administrative functions.
