We measure the <br />acoustic environment with industry-standard metrics including Leq, Lmax and Lmin with <br />factory calibrated equipment. We can also measure and model the acoustic sound <br />levels and propagation characteristics for architectural designs and adjust those <br />designs to minimize noise transmission. <br /> <br />Analysis <br /> <br />We use proprietary software to collect and analyze acoustic data. Advanced <br />modeling programs such as Revit, AutoCAD, EASE, and EASERA allow us to <br />interface readily with architects, interior designers, engineers and other design <br />professionals. The complex geometry and unique surfaces of the Town Center Skate <br />Park require a unique approach to the noise analysis process. Utilizing the <br />architectural modeling program Rhinoceros 3D and its programming component <br />Grasshopper; we have developed an acoustic predication model that allows us to <br />easily and instantaneously visualize sound reflections off of complex surfaces. <br />Traditional acoustic prediction software doesn't afford this real-time visualization.
