CES provided Design, Construction Management, and Inspection services. CES was also responsible for certifying the work performed to ensure compliance with City of Homestead construction standards. The new cinema is located on the southwest corner of Campbell Drive and the Florida Turnpike. The following is a list of the services provided by CES: ./ Design Services ./ Research and coordination with utility companies ./ Review of Plans at all phases of design ./ Permitting ./ Review of construction cost estimates ./ Construction Management Services ./ Coordination of contractors' construction activities ./ Coordination between the client, engineer, and contractors ./ Tracking material quantities ./ Payment requisition review ./ Creating daily progress reports ./ Construction Inspection Services ./ Certification of Completed Work All work was supervised to meet FOOT, City, and County standards.
