The 90% construction plans will again be filtered <br />though a follow-up "ConstructabiIity Analysis" of all project elements through our Quality Assurance <br />Program. <br />4.2 Revised Technical Specifications <br />The CGA Team will develop revised Technical Specifications to reflect construction and installation <br />specifications for all planned components. <br />4.3 Refined Opinion of Cost Estimate <br />The CGA Team will refine the Opinion of Cost Estimate to reflect any 90%-level modifications to <br />ensure that all elements can be implemented within the established $1 million construction budget. <br /> <br />4.4 City Review 90% <br />CGA will submit a complete set of all 90% plans to City Staff for review and comment. CGA will meet <br />with City Staff review any comments and obtain direction to proceed with assembling final 100% <br />construction plans. <br /> <br />Task 5 - Prepare Permit Applications <br /> <br />5.1 Submittal Packages <br />CGA will prepare all necessary permit application packages to be provided to all applicable and <br />regulating agencies, including but not limited to the City's Building Department, Miami-Dade <br />County's PERA and Water and Sewer Department. The City will be responsible for all permit <br />application fees. <br /> <br />5.2 Agency Comments and Revisions <br />CGA will meet with the City and address any comments needed to obtain approvals from the <br />reviewing agencies. <br /> <br />Task 6 - 100% Construction Plans and Bidding Documents <br />After securing all necessary permits, the CGA team will finalize all plans and issue four copies of signed and <br />sealed sets for City records. CGA will also provide the City with necessary Bidding Documents, including: <br />. Bid Tabs for contractor bid tabulation <br />. Technical Specifications in PDF format <br />. Approved 100% plans in PDF format <br /> <br />Task 7 - Bidding and Construction Administration <br />7.1 Bidding <br />The CGA Team will assist the City in bidding services, contractor versification, reference checks and <br />bid comparisons in order to generate a Recommendation for Award to the City. <br />7.2 Construction Coordination <br />The CGA Team will maintain a strong and efficient communication link between the City's Project <br />Manager and/or designee, as directed and the Contractor to coordinate the construction schedule <br />and anticipated milestones required for the project. <br />7.3 Meetings and Visits <br />The CGA Team will coordinate and document the following through the overall team: <br />.
