SAVE MONEY! <br /> <br />MSA is anticipating that the entire project may take up to six (6) months from commitment to substantial <br />completion and receiving a certificate of occupancy, We are scheduling eight (8) weeks to perform <br />the design, programming, schematic, and construction document phase and twelve (12) weeks for the <br />permitting and construction phase of the project. The final step is substantial completion and a certificate <br />of occupancy. MSA will perform a walk-through with the City of Sunny Isles Beach representative to create <br />a punch list, address all concerns, and fix any deficiencies that are identified within a timely and expedited <br />manner.
