We <br />commit to do so for your proposed Intercoastal construction project. In Order to do so, we propose the <br />following: <br /> <br />1: Define Stakeholders <br />2: Define Program <br />3: Define Budget <br />4: Define Schedule <br />5: Maintain Budget <br />6: Re-validate Program <br />7: Re-validate Schedule <br />8: SAVE TIME! <br /> <br />Schedule Control <br /> <br />With an understanding of the project budget, aggressive project management is essential to the success of <br />the project. Initial meetings will present the normal process of project delivery and what is to be expected <br />of each of the participants - Our Team, and the City of Sunny Isles Beach Staff. The proposed project schedule <br />will be developed jointly and key deadlines will be assigned to each of the participants, This will ensure <br />consistently knowledgeable and timely response, and help to keep the project on schedule. <br /> <br />The design process will consist of a milestone schedule organized by phase- Preliminary Design Development <br />and Construction Documents. Each phase will contain a series of target dates that establish specific <br />responsibility for each party. The schedule will also designate Team meetings for coordination of design and <br />technical issues as well as a review of the target dates we will also include monthly meetings with the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach designated representative, reviewing all aspects of the project for further dissemination to <br />Council Members and Administrators, <br /> <br />Our approach will be focused and precise in order to meet the City of Sunny Isles Beach's timeline, Upon <br />award, MSA will visit both of your existing facilities in order to gain an understanding of the functional, spatial, <br />and experiential needs of the District staff. With your leadership, key stakeholders will be interviewed by MSA <br />immediately thereafter in order to gain tangible program parameters for the MSA Team to proceed into the <br />design phase.
