We will work together with <br />all the Project Stakeholders as one and be involved in the process from the first to the last day of the <br />project. <br /> <br />The MSA Team clearly understands what needs to be done in order to accomplish the Servicing of <br />the Intracoastal Parks for the City of Sunny Isles Beach, The value of your input and a comprehensive <br />understanding of your needs is all we need to get going, <br /> <br />While awaiting the wisdom of your input, we have preliminarily identified the following goals for the <br />project. <br /> <br />· Prepare preliminary design reports, feasibility analyses, surveys, site plans and/or design alternative <br />recommendations and preliminary cost estimates, <br />· Conduct presentations to elected officials, staff, and the public. <br />· Prepare all required permitting and construction documents for the projects. Including, preparing <br />surveys, conceptual drawings, design & construction plans, supplementary contract requirements, <br />technical drawing specifications and cost estimates, All of which will be encompassed within a <br />Schedule of Values. <br />· Attendance at City Commission, pre-design, design, bidding and possible bid award meetings, <br />· Coordinate processing the projects through all required governmental and quasi governmental <br />agencies, City Departments and other appropriate review boards. <br />· Prepare and process all required permit applications and submittal packages as required for <br />permit issuance of all agency permits, <br />· Attend pre-bid meetings, respond to bidder questions and prepare possible bid addendum for <br />project revisions, <br />· Assist the City in making bid award recommendations for contracting/ construction services. <br />· Provide construction engineering/ management services for the projects. Services during <br />construction may include periodic or routine inspections, threshold inspections, shop drawing/ <br />contractor submittal reviews and approvals, responding to contractor requests for information, <br />and reviewing contractor payment applications. <br />· Provide project close-out services.
