5. Experience & References: <br />a) Alta Management Company's Project Experience for the last 10 years is listed below: <br />• 2010 to 2011 F. CATANIA & ASSOC. <br />1420 Royal Mount <br />Montreal, Quebec, Canada <br />Program and Procurement management services for the Chateau Maplewood Condominium <br />Project in Montreal. The project has a potential LEED Silver Rating. The Project consists of the <br />remodeling of an existing `Historical Structure', built in 1925 and the addition of a six story <br />underground garage. The 142 Unit, high -end Project has a total budget of $180 Million. A <br />recommendation letter by the Owners of the Project, by Mr. Andre Fortin, President of F. <br />Catania, is attached on page #14. <br />• 2008 to 2010 ARTECITY MANAGEMENT, INC. <br />2100 Park Avenue <br />Miami Beach, Florida <br />Construction Management services for the Arte City Condominium Project in Miami Beach. <br />Total Project cost volume was $43 Million. Project consisted of a total of five buildings, a 6 story- <br />55 unit tower, a 5 story- 57 unit tower and three stand alone two story, "historical" buildings with <br />28 units, for a total of 140 units. Project included a one level, `underground basement' parking <br />garage. The Owner's of the Project are based in Italy and no longer available. Attached on <br />page #15, is a letter of recommendation from Mr. Erik T. Lewis, who was the Bank inspector for <br />the lender. Mr. Lewis was also the Corus Bank Inspector for the Continuum II Project. <br />• 2005 to 2008 SOUTH BEACH OCEAN PARCEL II, LLC <br />100 South Point Drive <br />Miami Beach, Florida <br />Construction Management services for the 40 story, 207 Unit, The CONTINUUM Phase II <br />Condominium Project in Miami Beach, Florida. Total Project cost volume was $200 Million. The <br />Project included a two level `podium' parking garage, the adjacent Pavilion Restaurant, 14 <br />Cabanas and a resort style Main Pool. The Project was successfully completed in March of <br />2008. A letter of recommendation from Seth Goldman the Director of Development is attached <br />on page #16. <br />• 2002 to 2005 MERCO GROUP, LLC <br />6365 Collins Avenue <br />Miami Beach, Florida <br />Program & Construction Manager for the 48 story, 386 Unit, AKOYA Condominium Project in <br />Miami Beach, Florida. The Project included an adjacent 6 story parking garage. Total Project <br />cost volume was $175 Million.
