4„HN Y •IIFJ <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH AND ASHBRITT, INC. <br />CONTRACT NO. C1112 -044 <br />This First Amendment to the Agreement between the City of Sunny Isles Beach ( "City ") and <br />AshBritt, Inc., ( "Contractor ") executed this day of , 2012, is made a part of the <br />original Agreement, C0708 -099 ( "Agreement "), approved by Resolution No. 2008 -1323 on September <br />18, 2008 and incorporated herein by reference, between the City and Contractor, a business corporation <br />licensed in the State of Florida, whose Federal Identification # is The City and <br />Contractor hereby agree as follows: <br />1. TERM: The City hereby exercises its option to renew the Agreement for one (1) year pursuant to <br />Section 1.3 of the original Agreement between the parties. The term shall commence upon execution of <br />this First Amendment by both parties and shall terminate on September 18, 2013. <br />2. COST: Payment to Contractor for all charges under this I-irst Amendment shall be in accordance <br />with the fee schedule reflected in the original Agreement between the parties. <br />3.
