Edelcup City Manager Rick Conner <br />Vice Mayor Lewis J. Thaler Assistant City Attorney Fernando Amuchastegui <br />Comm. Roslyn Brezin Assistant City Manager /Services Jorge Vera <br />Commissioner Gerry Goodman City Clerk Jane A. Hines, CMC <br />Commissioner George "Bud" Scholl <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE / INVOCATION <br />Action: Arthur Forman led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag, and City Historian Richard <br />C. Schulman gave the invocation. <br />Mayor Edelcup gave opening remarks of decorum, and noted that our City Attorney Hans <br />Ottinot is in Haiti. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />None <br />ORDER OF BUSINESS (Additions /Deletions /Amendments) <br />4A. Request to Hear Items: Amended: Item 10D. Change Order 1 to Agreement with Coastal <br />Construction for Heritage Park Garage; Additional Information: Item 1OF. Agreement with <br />West Construction for Skateboard Park; Add -On Items: Item IOG. Partial Stipulated Order <br />of Taking, 215 -255 Sunny Isles Boulevard, and Item 10H. Resolution Opposing Amendment <br />No. 4 to Florida Constitution. <br />Action: Mayor Edelcup noted the above changes to the agenda. <br />Commissioner Brezin moved and Vice Mayor Thaler seconded a motion to approve the <br />above changes to the agenda.
