Action: City Clerk Hines read the title. Public Speakers: none Commissioner Scholl moved and Vice Mayor Thaler seconded a motion to approve the resolution. Resolution No. 2010 -1516 was adopted by a voice vote of 5 -0 in favor. 10A.2 A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, Authorizing the City Manager to Apply For, Receive and Accept by Execution of, a Grant Memorandum of Agreement with the State of Florida, Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Forestry, to Improve the Condition of the City's Tree Canopy, for up to the Amount of $24,000.00; Authorizing the City Manager to Take Any and All Action Necessary with Respect to the Obtaining and Distribution of Grant Monies, as Appropriate; Providing for an Effective Date.
