Rescind Resolution No. 2012 -1921. Resolution No. 2012 -1921 approving an <br />Agreement between the City and Tenex Enterprises, Inc. to add landscaping improvements to <br />Intracoastal Parks, irrigation and electrical work related to the tree up- lights, and for the installation <br />of a meandering walkway in the Parks, is hereby rescinded. <br />Section 3. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all <br />things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br />Section 4. Effective Date.
