The Contractor shall employ a disinfection method approved by the Engineer and <br /> Owner, and shall fully satisfy the Owner that adequate disinfection has been <br /> achieved prior to placing a facility on line. <br /> 1.10 EQUIPMENT, TESTING & INSPECTION <br /> A. Regardless of the number of days specified in the individual sections for the <br /> manufacturers representative to be present on the site for inspection and testing, if <br /> the equipment fails to perform as specified then the representative shall remain on <br /> site until the malfunction is corrected and the Owner received specified days of <br /> inspection or testing. <br /> B.
