SECTION 01310 <br /> CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULES <br /> PART 1 - GENERAL <br /> 1.01 REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED <br /> A. Promptly after Award of the Contract and within ten days after the effective date <br /> of the Agreement, prepare and submit to the Engineer estimated construction <br /> progress schedules for the work, with subschedules of related activities which <br /> are essential to its progress. <br /> B. Submit revised progress schedules on a monthly basis. <br /> C. No partial payments shall be approved by the Engineer until there is an approved <br /> up to date construction progress schedule on hand. <br /> D. The Contractor shall designate an authorized representative of his firm who shall <br /> be responsible for development and maintenance of the schedule and of <br /> progress and payment reports. This representative of the Contractor shall have <br /> direct project control and complete authority to act on behalf of the Contractor's <br /> schedule. <br /> 1.02 RELATED REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. Document 00700: Conditions of the Contract. <br /> B. Section 01010: Summary of Work. <br /> C. Section 01340: Shop Drawings, Working Drawings and Samples. <br /> 1.03 FORM OF SCHEDULES <br /> A. Prepare schedules for submittal each month with pay request. The form of the <br /> schedule is to be Microsoft Project 4.1a or approved equal. The Schedule is to <br /> indicate work completed to date and additions to or deletions from the schedule. <br /> 1. Provide separate horizontal bar or Critical Path for each trade or <br /> operation within each structure or item. <br /> 2. Horizontal time scale: In weeks from start of construction and identify the <br /> first work day of each month. <br /> 3. Scale and spacing: To allow space for notations and future revisions. <br /> 4. Minimum sheet size: 24 inches x 36 inches. <br /> B. Format of listings: The chronological order of the start of each item of work for <br /> each structure. <br /> C. Identification of listings: By major specification section numbers as applicable <br /> and structure. <br /> 1.04 CONTENT OF SCHEDULES <br /> A.
