A. Arrange with the Owner, as described in the Supplemental Conditions to provide <br /> water for construction purposes. <br /> B. Install branch piping with taps located so that water is available throughout the <br /> construction by the use of hoses. <br /> C. Install at each and every connection to the Owner water supply a backflow <br /> preventor meeting the requirements of ANSI A40.6, latest revision. Contractor shall <br /> be required to meter and pay for all water used. <br /> 2.04 TEMPORARY SANITARY FACILITIES <br /> A. Provide sanitary facilities in compliance with laws and regulations. <br /> B. Service, clean and maintain facilities and enclosures. <br /> 2.05 TEMPORARY HEAT AND VENTILATION <br /> A. Provide temporary heat and ventilation as required to maintain adequate <br /> environmental conditions to facilitate progress of the Work, to meet specified <br /> minimum conditions for the installation of materials, and to protect materials and <br /> finishes from damage due to temperature or humidity. <br /> B. Provide adequate forced ventilation of enclosed areas for curing of installed <br /> materials, to disperse humidity, and to prevent hazardous accumulations of dust, <br /> fumes, vapors or gases. <br /> C. Portable heaters shall be standard approved units complete with controls. <br /> D. Pay all costs of installation, maintenance, operation and removal, and for fuel <br /> consumed. <br /> E. Provide connections to existing facilities, extend and supplement with temporary <br /> units as required to comply with requirements. Pay all costs of installation, <br /> maintenance, operation and removal. Owner will pay costs of fuel used from the <br /> existing system. <br /> PART 3- EXECUTION <br /> 3.01 GENERAL <br /> A. Comply with applicable requirements specified in Division 15 - Mechanical and in <br /> Division 16- Electrical. <br /> B. Maintain and operate systems to assure continuous service. <br /> C.
