As part of the evaluation process, you will be allowed access to the different apartments, balconies, etc. The noise comes from the entire site, the complaints are coming from surrounding condos, including Winston Towers 600, Winston Towers 300, and from Salem House across the canal. The complaints are coming from north of the Park but be sensitive and evaluate the complete area. 8. Are you getting complaints from residents and businesses? No, just from residents. In the Study that was done it was suggested to install a wall to reflect the noise from Winston Towers, but then the noise goes to the Salem House.
