<br /> 1. Alpine Towing, Inc., will show its ability to satisfy all the minimum qualification requirements as
<br /> outlined in this RFP. Please find explanation and supporting documentation to meet or exceed
<br /> the minimum qualification requirements.
<br /> A. Alpine Towing, Inc., is registered and has a current TL license. I have attached a copy
<br /> of our current Towing License (TL #2656), which expires on February 10, 2018.
<br /> Please note our renewal application will be submitted in January. Once processed
<br /> and inspected, Alpine Towing will forward the new Towing License to the City of
<br /> Sunny Isles Beach Police Department.
<br /> B. Please refer to the attached print-out, provided by sunbiz.org, to prove that Alpine
<br /> Towing, Inc., has been in business and has filed the required Annual Reports each
<br /> ® year since 2006. On July 23, 2012, Alpine Towing, Inc., purchased Galactic Towing
<br /> and filed the Application for Registration of Fictitious Name with the Secretary of
<br /> State. Please refer to the attached copy of this filing for verification.
<br /> Please find attached copies of our current Business Tax Receipts with Miami-Dade
<br /> County. The license number the office located at 2002 NE 154 Street, N. Miami
<br /> Beach, FL 33162 is 7484480, the inside storage location 2006 NE 154 St., N. Miami
<br /> Beach, FL 33162 is 7503273, and the outside storage location, 2050 NE 154 St., N.
<br /> Miami Beach, FL 33162 is 7482435. For the main office at 3500 NW 67 St., Miami, FL
<br /> 33147, there are 2 licenses. The receipt number for each license is 7387947 and
<br /> 5978631. For the 17528 S. Dixie Highway location the license number is 7387939.
<br /> Alpine Towing has a Business Tax Receipt, with the City of North Miami Beach, for
<br /> each location. I have attached copies of the current licenses for your perusal.
<br /> C. As of the proposal due date, the principals of Alpine Towing, Inc., d/b/a Galactic
<br /> Towing, are not the principal(s) of any other Proposer, and as such, the principals of
<br /> Alpine Towing, Inc., does not own or lease any property or equipment from any
<br /> other Proposer, to qualify for this RFP. Alpine Towing does not have any sort of
<br /> ownership nor is it a stockholder in any other Proposer. In accordance with Section
<br /> 2-8.1.1 of the Code of Miami-Dade County, Alpine Towing, Inc., d/b/a Galactic
<br /> Towing is not in collusion with any other Proposer. Alpine Towing does not and will
<br /> not utilize any subcontractors and will not subcontract with any other proposer to
