D. Alpine Towing, Inc., is in year 1 of a 5-year lease with the property owner. This length of time will take us through the initial term of this RFP. We expect to renew the lease on or before the expiration date. Office and Storage Facilities Requirements A. Alpine Towing, Inc., is located at 2002 N.E. 154 ST., N. Miami Beach, FL 33162. This location is less than 5 miles from the Government Center of the City of Sunny Isles Beach. This location is staffed 24 hours per day—7 days per week. B. Our inside storage is next door to the office at 2006 NE 154 St., N. Miami Beach, FL 331625 and will store up to 9 vehicles for "Holds" and any processing that may be required. There is a mechanical lift to raise any vehicle up for easy processing of the under-carriage. The floor is concrete, the ceilings are 14 ft. high and there is plenty of ventilation. C. The outside storage area is adjacent to the office and inside storage and the physical address is 2050 NE 154 St., N. Miami Beach, FL 33162. This storage area is completely fenced with 3 rows of barbed wire on top of the 6-foot chain link fence. The entire fence line is covered with green mesh for extra security. The area is well lit at night and is monitored by 24-hour security cameras which are observed by the office staff on duty. 0 Insurance Garage Liability Insurance Alpine Towing, Inc., is fully insured and carries $1,000,000.00 in General Liability, with a $2,000,000.00 aggregate. In addition, we carry $150,000.00 in Garage Keepers, $1,000,000.00 in Automobile Liability, and On-hook Cargo coverage in the amount of $250,000.00. Please note that we are in the renewal stage of continuing insurance coverage and will forward a current Certificate of Insurance upon receipt. Worker's Compensation Insurance Worker's Compensation Insurance is also in the process of renewing. I have attached our current Certificate of Insurance, which expires on January 1, 2018. Alpine Towing maintains, as required in this RFP, a minimum of $1,000,000.00 in coverage. Alpine Towing agrees to be responsible for the employment, conduct and control of its employees and for any injury sustained by such employees during their employment.
