The planning process included analysis of available adjacent property to help the City Master Planning <br /> determine if the land should be purchased. The study investigated the utility infrastructure, storm Programming <br /> drainage requirements,traffic and parking configurations as well as pedestrian pathways and open Conceptual Design <br /> space. <br /> PROJECT SIZE: <br /> Our team met individually with each City Commissioner to understand their vision and priorities.At GSF <br /> first,these were seemingly five conflicting agendas but all shared the common goal pf providing the <br /> S best amenities to the residents.
