The team conducted a public Master Planning workshop with residents, business owners,and students to obtain input from the community and Programming build consensus for the development.The programming for the City Hall was developed through Architectural&Interior Design interviews with staff members from all departments of the city government. Interactive design Engineering(sub-consultants) I workshops were also held with the City Managers, Commissioners, and the Mayor as well as Construction Administration business and community leaders. The project is hoped to serve as a catalyst for further economic growth by attracting private developers to the surrounding sites to create a thriving mixed-use CONSTRUCTION COST: center. $25,000,000 The new Municipal Complex for the City of Coral Springs will become the centerpiece of the PROJECT SIZE: Downtown Core CRA District.
