The team conducted a public Master Planning <br /> workshop with residents, business owners,and students to obtain input from the community and Programming <br /> build consensus for the development.The programming for the City Hall was developed through Architectural&Interior Design <br /> interviews with staff members from all departments of the city government. Interactive design Engineering(sub-consultants) <br /> I workshops were also held with the City Managers, Commissioners, and the Mayor as well as Construction Administration <br /> business and community leaders. The project is hoped to serve as a catalyst for further economic <br /> growth by attracting private developers to the surrounding sites to create a thriving mixed-use CONSTRUCTION COST: <br /> center. $25,000,000 <br /> The new Municipal Complex for the City of Coral Springs will become the centerpiece of the PROJECT SIZE: <br /> Downtown Core CRA District.
