Delight and wonder was the design intent, providing some 662 new <br />parking spaces in a mixed use garage of 239,400 square feet. The building base undulation reinforces the <br />thematic movement of wind and water. Program elements include more than parking: retai l space, a tourism <br />office, a welcome center, and a storage area for lifeguard operations. The design expresses an intention <br />architects strive for—a building with a true sense of place.
