They are not inflexible rules <br />or requirements. They may be changed by the company at any time without notice or modified as <br />individual circumstances may require in the best interests of efficient management of the <br />company. Nothing in the policies as they now exist or may in the future be revised, is intended or <br />should be construed as a contract of employment, express or implied, nor a promise of <br />employment for a specific period of time, nor a requirement that any specific procedure be <br />followed in handling personnel issues. <br />Company Safety Guiding Principles <br />To All Employees: <br />The following policies of Superior Landscaping are not inflexible rules or requirements. They <br />may be changed by the Company at any time without notice or modified as individual <br />circumstances may require in the best interests of efficient management of the Company. Nothing <br />in the policies as they now exist, or may in the future be revised, is intended or should be <br />construed as a contract of employment, express or implied, nor as a promise of employment for a <br />specific period of time, nor as a requirement that any specific procedure be followed in handling <br />personnel issues. <br />Company management will provide safe and healthy working conditions. All employees must <br />follow safe practices at all times. All employees must accept and follow all rules of safety. <br />Whenever an employee finds an unsafe condition they must report it immediately to their <br />supervisor, safety personnel, or management. Any injury that occurs on the job, even a slight cut <br />or strain, is to be reported to management as soon as possible. In no circumstance except an <br />emergency, should an employee leave a shift without reporting an injury that occurred. <br />All employees including office personnel will be trained in safe practices. The training will be <br />done by video or by training from the employees' supervisor. <br />
