EmployeEz of the Contractor must be 18 years or older. The Successful Bidder(s) shall bear all cost a3=clated with the criminal background check. 2.10 E -VERIFY Contractor acknowledges that the City may be utilizing the Contractor's services for a project that Is funded in whole or in part by State funds pursuant to a contract between the City and a SLaLe agency. Contractor shall be responsible for complying with the E -Verify requirements In the conuaET and using the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E -Verify system to verify Lhe employment of all new employees hired by ConLraL:Lor during the mgreemenL term.
