  <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH SECTION 01300 - 9 <br />SUBMITTALS <br />  <br />1.12 DAILY WORK LOGS <br />A. On a daily basis, the CONTRACTOR shall complete the Daily Work Log Form and submit <br />a copy to the CITY and the ENGINEER at the end of each work week. <br /> <br />B. The Daily Work Log Form may be requested by the CITY or ENGINEER for viewing at <br />any time. When performing development work, an additional Daily Development Log shall <br />be completed on a daily basis and submitted to the CITY and ENGINEER on a weekly <br />basis in conjunction with the Daily Work Log Form. <br />1.13 CERTIFICATES OF COMPLIANCE <br />A. Copies of certificates of compliance and test reports shall be submitted for requested <br />items to the OWNER prior to request for payment. <br />1.14 WARRANTIES <br />A. Refer to individual sections of these Specifications for specific general requirements on <br />the submittal of warranties, guarantees, product/workmanship bonds, and maintenance <br />agreements which are uniquely prepared and executed for the project. <br /> <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS <br />NOT USED <br />PART 3 - EXECUTION <br />3.1 CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES <br />A. Review shop drawings, project data and samples for compliance with these <br />Specifications prior to submission. <br /> <br />B. Verify <br />1. Field measurements. <br />2. Field construction criteria. <br />3. Catalog numbers and similar data. <br /> <br />C. Coordinate each submittal with requirements of the Work and of the Contract Documents. <br /> <br />D. The CONTRACTOR'S responsibility for errors and omissions in submittals is not relieved <br />by the OWNER or ENGINEER'S review of submittals. <br />
