The CCTV system shall be capable of printing pipeline inspection reports with <br />pipeline schematics and captured images of defects and other related significant <br />visual information. The system shall have the ability to display any combination of <br />the following formats and features simultaneously. <br /> <br /> <br />The following information is mandatory for all inspections: <br /> <br />1. Inspection Information: Refers to the area of pipe to be inspected between <br />the manhole/structure and outfall to be inspected. <br /> <br />a. Project Name <br />b. Surveyed by (Operator/Surveyor's name) <br />c. Operator/Surveyor Certificate number <br />d. System Owner <br />e. Date <br />f. Time <br />g. Sheet number (report sheet number) <br />h. Street Name and Number <br />i. Locality (Owner) <br />j. Additional Location Information (e.g. backyard, parking lot, etc) <br />k. Upstream Manhole Number (Owner standard Asset Number) <br />l. Upstream MH rim to invert (depth) <br />m. Downstream Manhole/Outfall Number <br />n. Downstream MH rim to invert (depth) <br />o. Direction of inspection (Upstream or Downstream) <br />p. DVD Identification Number <br />q. Flow control (e.g. plugged, lift station, bypassed, not controlled) <br />r. Type of Pipe <br />s. Pipe Height <br />t. Pipe Width <br />u. Pipe Shape <br />v.
