<br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH SECTION 02762 - 8 <br />TELEVISING STORM SEWER SYSTEMS <br /> <br /> <br />2. Observation Data: Refers to the portion of pipe where an observation is <br />discovered. Observations shall be noted by text descriptions and defect <br />code number using PACP defects codes, still frame pictures and video <br />clips captured and recorded. Each observation shall include the <br />following: <br /> <br />a. Actual observation footage <br />b. Video reference <br />c. Location of defect; clock position <br />d. Code (Group/Descriptor/Modifier/Severity) <br />e. Whether it is a continuous defect <br />f. Whether the defect occurs at a joint <br />g. Severity level <br />h. DVD Identification number <br />i. DVD counter <br />j. Final footage <br />k. Video clip ID for each observation <br />l. Image reference (file name of photos) <br />m. Remarks (as appropriate or needed) <br /> <br />PART 3 - EXECUTION <br /> <br />3.1 GENERAL <br /> <br />A. Prior to inspection the Contractor shall obtain pipe and manhole asset <br />identification numbers from the Owner to be used during inspections. Inspections <br />performed using identification numbers other than the Owner assigned numbers <br />will be rejected. <br /> <br />B. Inspection shall not commence until the sewer section to be televised has been <br />completely cleaned in conformance with Specification Section 02761. <br /> <br />C. After the storm main cleaning operation is completed, the line sections shall be <br />visually inspected internally by means of color closed-circuit television. The <br />television inspection shall be performed one-line section at time. <br /> <br />D. CCTV inspection shall require a minimum of 2 certified personnel with PACP <br />certifications. <br /> <br />1. One (1) person shall have PACP certification that will lead or supervise <br />each field CCTV crew for inspection and a minimum of 2-years in the role
