One (1) person shall have PACP certification serving in the role as a <br />QA/QC management supervisor. <br /> <br />E. Contractor shall perform sewer-televising work within 24-hours of said sewer <br />being cleaned. If said sewer is not televised within the required 24-hour time <br />limit, the sewer shall be re-cleaned prior to televising at no additional expense <br />to the Owner. <br /> <br />F. The Contractor shall also inspect and document all manholes included in this <br />Work. The video recording shall begin as the camera is lowered down the <br />manhole all the way to the preset footage and continuously throughout the pipe <br />reach until the downstream manhole is reached. <br /> <br />G. The Contractor shall lower the camera into the start manhole and record the <br />camera entry into the sewer, observing the manhole as the camera enters. <br /> <br />H. The camera shall pan the periphery of the start and finish manhole from casting <br />to invert. To achieve this, the CCTV camera operator shall pan and zoom the <br />manhole to obtain the best possible image of the manhole, including the wall, <br />cone and chimney section(s). <br /> <br />I. The depth of each manhole shall be measured to the nearest 1/10th of a foot <br />and documented on the inspection forms. Estimates of manhole depths will not <br />be accepted. <br /> <br />J. The CCTV camera head shall be positioned as close to 2/3 of the way above <br />the invert of the pipe as possible while maintaining the required equipment <br />stability. <br /> <br />K. Wherever possible the inspections shall be performed in the upstream to <br />downstream direction. All sewer segments shall be recorded in a logical order in <br />the same direction they are cleaned and televised. <br /> <br />L. In the event that access to some manholes is restricted, permission may be <br />granted by the Owner to direct the camera through the sewer in an upstream <br />direction, against the flow. <br /> <br />M. When sewer conditions prevent forward movement of the camera, the camera
