This includes monitoring and <br /> inspecting all personnel and equipment that enters the site to ensure that all safety guidelines and <br /> procedures and adhered to. They will be present at daily team meetings to ensure that all reporting is <br /> accurate and any issues are managed. <br /> The field supervisor's/Crew leaders may be specific to one crew or depending on the size of the crew <br /> and the geography may oversee more than one. <br /> Each crew will have a Crew Foreman who will responsible for the daily activities of that crew. This <br /> includes ensuring that all equipment and personnel are safe and licensed for their role, ensuring that <br /> all safety equipment is available and used in order to preserve the safety of the workforce and the local <br /> community. He will also be responsible for scouting future debris locations, planning the logistics for <br /> each new location to include identifying routes to and from the location, identifying any hazards and <br /> providing solutions. Each day they will provide this information to the field supervisors for action over <br /> the following days. <br /> Each day the crew foreman will be responsible for ensuring that correctly completed timesheets are <br /> produced by each member of the crew for each piece of equipment to be entered into the daily <br /> worksheet along with purchase orders.
