We <br /> have extensive experience in providing the necessary documentation and support in preparing <br /> reimbursement claims and will agree at the outset of the project what level of support is appropriate <br /> Potential scenarios <br /> Depending on the severity of the disaster event the size and scale of recovery activities will increase <br /> significantly from localized spot jobs or small events all the way up to catastrophic events such as <br /> hurricanes. There are core services which will be applicable to all jobs including loading and hauling of <br /> debris. This will require cutting trees, loading debris, transporting debris to managements sites and <br /> some degree of processing or recycling debris as well as site restoration. These activities are similar <br /> regardless to the size of the event however the amount of debris, number of personnel and equipment <br /> will vary dramatically. There will also be additional activities attached to larger events which may not <br /> be required in smaller events. KDF Enterprises, LLC is both qualified and experienced in jobs of all sizes <br /> as outlined in our past experience <br /> We have provided some scenarios below which are purely using estimated figures which we have <br /> based on previous experience and jobs we have completed. These are for illustration purposes and aim <br /> to give an idea of our approach to scenario planning. The City of Sunny Isles would fall into scenario 1 <br /> with 5000 cu Yards and a 10 day completion. <br /> Scenario 1 —localized event <br /> This scenario would typically involve less than 20,000 cubic yards of debris and be resourced using 1 <br /> TDSM, 1 Project Manager, 1 or 2 supervisors with Project administrative/finance/FEMA reimbursement <br /> team support.
