MASTER SUBCONTRACTOR AGREEMENT <br /> THIS MASTER SUBCONTRACTOR AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is entered into by and <br /> between KDF Enterprises LLC ("Contractor") and ("Subcontractor") as of this, the <br /> 2017. <br /> I. PROJECTS. This Agreement shall apply to each and every project <br /> and all work and services (collectively, the "Project" or "Projects") performed by <br /> Subcontractor for Contractor. <br /> II. PROJECT, SCOPE OF WORK, AND RATES. See attached Exhibit "A" <br /> for a full description of the Project, Scope of Work, and Rates. Subcontractor <br /> acknowledges that all work will be unit priced and that the Scope of Work will be <br /> determined by Contractor. The Scope of Work and Rates set forth herein may be <br /> supplemented or amended in separate written agreements, signed by the parties, and <br /> attached hereto, which shall become part of this Agreement as if fully incorporated <br /> herein. All terms, conditions, and obligations set forth herein shall be and are hereby <br /> deemed to be incorporated in any such addenda or amendments, unless otherwise <br /> specifically stated. <br /> III. TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The terms and conditions below apply to <br /> all work and services performed by Subcontractor for Contractor unless otherwise <br /> specifically noted in an addendum or amendment. <br /> 1. Subcontractor shall furnish, at its sole costs and expense, all insurance <br /> coverages required in this Agreement, labor, personnel, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, <br /> fuel, transportation, fees, assessments, supervision, samples reports, taxes, <br /> mobilization/demobilization of equipment, manpower or resources, and any other services <br /> necessary to perform and fully complete its work, all of which Subcontractor acknowledges and <br /> agrees constitute a component or part of the price or rate paid to it under this Agreement. <br /> KDF Enterprises, LLC RFP Disaster Debris Management and Disposal Services 18-04-02 <br />
