Subcontractor has <br /> satisfied itself as to the surface and subsurface conditions of all work areas from a prior <br /> inspection of same or reasonable opportunity to inspect same. Contractor assumes no <br /> responsibility for any conclusions or interpretations made by Subcontractor on the basis of any <br /> information made available by the governmental entity, its representatives, the project owner, <br /> or Contractor.
