Subcontractor including final cleanup, site remediation work and damage repairs, if any; <br /> (iii) Subcontractor's provision of proof to Contractor of satisfactory payment and settlement <br /> with all Subcontractor's employees and subcontractors. Contractor has the right to require <br /> from Subcontractor executed release of liens and claims, in a form acceptable to Contractor, <br /> stating that all bills have been paid and no claims exist against Contractor or its surety. <br /> Contractor may deduct from the amounts due Subcontractor pursuant to this Agreement, any <br /> sums due or to become due Contractor from Subcontractor whether or not said sums are in <br /> any way related to this Agreement or the Project. <br /> 21. Subcontractor shall maintain in effect for the duration of this Subcontract the <br /> following insurance policies: <br /> a. Commercial General Liability Insurance having a minimum limit of not <br /> less than $1,000,000 each occurrence, and shall cover liability arising from premises, <br /> operations, independent contractors, products-competed operations, personal injury <br /> and advertising injury, and blanket contractual liability coverage including <br /> Subcontractor's defense, indemnity, and hold harmless obligations set forth herein. <br /> When work is performed on, over, or in close proximity to navigable waters or vessels <br /> or in any way involves maritime workers, any vessel exclusion and exclusion for non- <br /> owned watercraft shall be deleted as respects liability coverage and contractual <br /> liability coverage. <br /> b. Business Auto Liability Insurance having a minimum limit of not less <br /> than $1,000,000 each accident including coverage for any and all owned, non- <br /> owned, and hired vehicles. <br /> c. Workers Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance. The <br /> workers compensation and/or employers liability minimum limits shall not be less than <br /> $1,000,000 each accident. If any work to be performed under this Agreement will be <br /> on, over, or in close proximity to navigable waters or vessels or in any way involves <br /> maritime workers, the U.S. Longshore and Harbor Workers Compensation Act <br /> endorsement shall be attached to the policy. If any work to be performed under this <br /> 4111 Agreement will involve maritime workers or vessels, the Maritime Coverage <br /> KDF Enterprises, LLC RFP Disaster Debris Management and Disposal Services 18-04-02 <br />
