I be attached to the policy. <br /> d. Pollution Liability Insurance. Contractor shall maintain in force for the <br /> duration of this Contract pollution legal liability insurance applicable to bodily injury, <br /> property damages, including loss of use of the damaged property or of property that <br /> has not been physically injured or destroyed, cleanup costs, and defense, including <br /> costs and expenses incurred in the investigation or settlement of claims; all in <br /> connection with any loss arising from the insured facility. Coverage shall be with Page 1123 <br /> minimum limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence. <br /> e. Vehicles, Vessels, Equipment, and Tools. In the event Subcontractor <br /> utilizes any vehicles, vessels, equipment, and/or tools furnished by Contractor, <br /> Subcontractor shall maintain in full force and effect insurance coverage the full value <br /> of such vehicles, vessels, equipment, and tools naming Contractor as loss payee and <br /> an additional named insured with full waiver of subrogation. <br /> f. General. Insurance Provisions. Within 5 days of Subcontractor's <br /> signing of this Agreement, Subcontractor shall furnish Contractor with all certificates of <br /> 411 insurance required herein. All certificates shall provide for 30 days' written notice to <br /> Contractor prior to the cancellation or material change of any policy.
