PROFILE— REQUIRED SUBMITTALS: G. - MINORITY BUSINESS PLAN (Continued) CLAUSE FLOW DOWN: Hewett-Kier Construction, Inc. will utilize Small, Small Disadvantaged and Women- Owned Small Business Concerns in all of the subcontracts that offer further subcontracting opportunities. All subcontractors, except small business concerns, that receive subcontracts in excess of $500,000.00 ($1,000,000.00 for construction) will be required in their contract to adopt and comply with a plan similar to the plan required by "Small, Small Disadvantaged and Women-Owned Small Business Subcontracting Plan". REPORTING AND COOPERATION IN STUDIES AND SURVEYS: Hewett-Kier Construction, Inc. will submit required reports and cooperate in any studies or surveys as may be required by the contracting agency or SBA in order to determine the extent of compliance with the subcontracting plan. Subcontracting reports will be prepared on SF-294, Subcontracting Report for Individual Contracts and SF-295, Summary Subcontract Report as appropriate. Reports will be submitted no later than thirty (30) days after the applicable reporting period as indicated on each form. The SF- 294 report will be submitted directly to the contracting agency. Periodic reports, as may be required, will be submitted to demonstrate compliance with the plan. Large subcontractors will be required, by contract, to submit SF-294 and SF-295 reports.
