Records such as source lists, <br /> organizations contacted for sources, outreach efforts, training and award documentation <br /> will be maintained in a manner that permits extraction of the data i.e. subcontractor's <br /> name, business size, type of ownership, contract number/description, number of awards <br /> made to small disadvantaged and women-owned small business and the reason for non- <br /> award to support the percentage goals and the extent of achievements related to the goals <br /> that are in the subcontracting plan. Records will be maintained to support internal <br /> activities to guide and encourage purchasing personnel through, but not limited to, <br /> workshops, seminars, training programs, incentive awards and will also monitor activities <br /> to evaluate compliance.
