<br /> <br />LITIGATION STATEMENT <br /> <br />There has been no litigation or regulatory action filed against Erdman Anthony of Florida within the last <br />3 years (August 2015-August 2018). <br /> <br />In the normal course of business other Erdman Anthony companies have been involved in litigation in <br />other states. This includes six matters during a five year time period: two involve alleged injuries to two <br />construction workers on a project that another Erdman Anthony company had involvement; one <br />involves an automobile accident in Pennsylvania; one involved a claim by a construction contractor in <br />New York that they were owed compensation for delays; one involved a complaint by another Erdman <br />Anthony company against a subconsultant in another state, and one involved a complaint by a <br />construction contractor in Pennsylvania that was dismissed by the court.
