The project consisted of twelve construction packages with a total <br />construction cost of approximately $70 million dollars. Improvements included water distribution, <br />sanitary sewer, lift stations, force main, storm water improvements and roadway construction. The project <br />included the design, permitting, bidding and construction consisting of 53 miles of roadway, 181,000 <br />linear feet of storm sewer (including exfiltration trench), 140,618 linear feet of water main, 236,226 <br />linear feet of gravity sanitary sewer, and 80 miles of sidewalk. <br />Garden Acres Neighborhood Improvements | Oakland Park, Florida | Construction Manager <br />Mr. Shaver was responsible for Construction management for the construction of the Garden Acres <br />Neighborhood Improvements.
