The primary intent was for CTA to provide construction engineering inspection services for the <br />re-construction of the roadway. The construction project consisted of pavement, base and sub -grade <br />reconstruction, curb & gutter construction, bike lane construction, sidewalk construction, median <br />construction, driveway reconstruction within the Right -of-Way, drainage system construction, landscaping <br />& irrigation construction, pavement marking & signage, traffic signal modification at Reese Road and at <br />Nova Drive, street lighting, and coordination with utility companies. <br />NE/NW 6th Street (Sistrunk Blvd.) Streetscape and Enhancement Project, Fort Lauderdale, Florida <br />Construction Management services and oversight of Resident Project Representative (RPR) for Sistrunk <br />Blvd. Streetscape and Enhancement Project. The project was funded and managed by the Fort <br />Lauderdale CRA and included streetscape improvements consisting of landscape, median, paver <br />sidewalk, lighting, drainage and other improvements. Work included close coordination with existing <br />businesses during construction, public relations to keep all parties informed of improvements, <br />maintenance of traffic coordination to ensure access to all affected properties throughout construction <br />and a full time RPR on-site managing the project. The project was federally funded including LAP funding <br />Eastside Master Infrastructure Project Phases 2 & 3 | Davie, Florida | Construction Manager <br />Mr. Shaver was responsible for construction management for the replacement of the existing water <br />distribution system and new installation of sanitary sewer system and storm drainage system. The work <br />also includes several miles of roadway reconstruction with landscaping and sidewalks. The water <br />distribution was designed and permitted by CTA, included 14,800 linear feet of 6" diameter main, 5,075 <br />linear feet of 8" diameter main, and 5,140 linear feet of 12" diameter main. The sanitary improvements <br />included 11,455 linear feet of 8" diameter pipe, 40 sanitary manholes and 2,945 linear feet of 16" <br />diameter forcemain. The project also included 18,940 linear feet of storm sewer and the reconstruction <br />of 5.2 miles of roadway <br />Harlem McBride Area Drainage Improvements | Oakland Park, Florida | Construction Manager <br />He was responsible for Construction management for drainage and roadway construction of Harlem <br />McBride area. The project consisted of a water distribution system, a storm water system, and roadway <br />pavement overlay. Construction cost is $500,000. <br />City of Greenacres Municipal Complex | Greenacres, Florida | Construction Manager <br />He was responsible for Construction Management of the infrastructure for City Hall and Public Works. <br />The project consisted of installation of water distribution, sanitary sewer system, lift station, storm water <br />system and roadway and parking lot. <br />F | Page 18
