Pryce, P.S.M. <br /> PROJECT ROLE | Lead Surveyor <br /> main, 841 linear feet - 12” main, 1,306 linear feet - 20” main, and 1,023 linear feet - 24” main, for a <br />total of 9.27 miles of water main. <br />North County Neighborhood Improvement Project, Northwest Quadrant | Broward County, Florida | <br />Principal Surveyor - The North County Neighborhood Improvement Project, Northwest Quadrant included <br />approximately 650 acres of land between Dixie Highway and I-95, North of Sample Road, in the City of <br />Deerfield Beach. Mr. Pryce managed the surveying services necessary for the design and permitting for <br />the water distribution, sanitary sewer collection systems, storm sewer systems, and roadway <br />improvements for the entire 650 acres. The sanitary sewer collection system consisted of 22,047 linear <br />feet - 8” gravity main, and 34 linear feet - 10” gravity main. The sanitary force main system consisted of <br />295 linear feet - 8” main, 2,235 linear feet - 10” main, 3,790 linear feet 12” main, 4,300 linear feet - 16” <br />main, and 4,205 linear feet - 20” main. There were ninety-three (93) new sanitary manholes added to <br />the area. The water distribution system additions included 5,760 linear feet - 16” water main, 7,156 <br />linear feet - 12” water main, 1,256 linear feet - 10” water main, 12,779 linear feet - 8” water main and <br />44,217 linear feet - 6” water main. <br />Utility Analysis Zone Improvement Program (UAZ) 308 | Broward County, Florida | Principal Surveyor <br />Mr. Pryce was responsible for the management of the surveying services necessary for the design and <br />permitting of a water distribution system and sanitary sewer collection system consisting of 19,253 linear <br />feet - 8” gravity main, a sanitary force main system consisting of 1,215 linear feet - 6” main, and a water <br />distribution system consisting of 18,281 linear feet - 6” main, and 575 linear feet - 8” main. <br />Utility Analysis Zone Improvement Program (UAZ) 124 | Broward County, Florida | Principal Surveyor <br />Responsible for the surveying services necessary for the design and permitting of the UAZ 124 project <br />located between Florida Turnpike, State Road 7, Commercial Boulevard and NW 39th Street. The <br />infrastructure improvements to the existing neighborhood included new water, sanitary sewer systems for <br />825 residences. This area is primarily residential, built in the 1950’s and early 1960’s. Mr. Gibney <br />assisted in modeling, design, permitting for the construction of the water distribution system additions <br />included 27,210 linear feet - 6” main, 6,040 linear feet - 8” main and 5,380 linear feet - 10” main for a <br />total of 38,630 linear feet of water main. The project also included the abandonment in-place and <br />grouting of 33,000 linear feet of existing water main, and the replacement of 825 water services. <br />Aerial LiDAR Surveying & Mapping | Hallandale Beach, Florida | Principal Surveyor <br />The survey included a GPS control network to meet horizontal and vertical accuracies to 0.10 feet on all <br />hard surfaces within the City Limits. This included setting 188 aerial targets to control an area of about <br />26,000 acres from Pembroke Road, south to the Broward / Miami-Dade County line and from the Atlantic <br />Ocean west to Interstate 95. Our survey crews then ran level loops and cross -sections over 862 ground <br />truth checks on hard surfaces at 80 street intersections across the City wi th accuracy of 0.05 feet at 67% <br />(one sigma) and 0.10 feet accuracy at 95% (two sigma). The Lidar was flown by our subcontractor, <br />Pickett & Associates, Inc., and checked by Craven Thompson & Associates, Inc. The Survey included 2 - <br />inch pixel resolution aerials, identifying and mapping overall drainage flows across the City for drainage <br />basin designation, including review of outfalls and drainage structures upstream. <br />City of North Miami Beach Consulting (Engineering, Surveying & GIS) Services | North Miami Beach <br />Mr. Pryce has managed all survey and GIS projects activities to date which are part of our general <br />consulting contract for the City of North Miami Beach on capital improvement projects. Survey work for <br />the City’s Water & Wastewater GIS project which includes surveying and mapping parcels and rights-of- <br />way in 40 Sections of land in their Water Service Area covering parts of five surrounding cities. <br /> <br />F | Page 20
