He has <br />specialized in all aspects of the land surveying & mapping profession and has also <br />specialized in developing GIS/Survey applications using ESRI ArcGIS software since <br />1990. Mr. Pryce has specialized training in BLM PLSS retracement surveys, legal <br />research and resolving boundary disputes. Mr. Pryce has been fully trained on Leica <br />3D Laser Scanners and 3D Modeling for use in High Density Surveying of Commercial, <br />Historical and Utility Sites. Pryce & Associates, Inc., Davie, Florida <br />October 1992 to October 1997 | President / Owner <br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE <br />Miramar Historical Area Complete Streets Project – Phase II | Miramar, Florida | Principal Surveyor <br />Craven Thompson & Associates, Inc. was selected by the City of Miramar to prepare a right -of-way <br />topographic survey, design, permit, and provide construction services for Phase II of their Historical Area <br />Complete Streets Project. The project includes surveying, landscape and engineering design, permitting <br />and construction services for complete streets bounded by Pembroke Road to the north, County Line <br />Road to the south, SW 62nd Avenue to the west, and State Road 7 to the east. The project includes eight <br />(8) streets in the Historical Area. The improvements include: sidewalks, ADA ramps, crosswalks, <br />pedestrian level lighting, landscaping and hardscape. The City received a grant through the Broward <br />Redevelopment Program for the improvements. <br />North County Neighborhood Improvements Project, Northeast Quadrant, Broward County | Broward <br />County | Principal Surveyor – Mr. Pryce managed the surveying services necessary for the design and <br />permitting of the water distribution and sanitary sewer systems for this large rehabilitation project. The <br />project included a sanitary sewer collection system consisting of 69,550 linear feet - 8” gravity main, 807 <br />linear feet - 10” gravity main, 129 linear feet - 12” gravity main, and 144 linear feet - 16” gravity main. <br />The sanitary force main system consisted of 540 linear feet - 8” main, and 1,540 linear feet 12” main. <br />The water distribution system additions included 35,626 linear feet - 6” main, 10,161 linear feet - 8” <br />F | Page 19
